ATTORNEY FRANCES L. ROBINSON
Attorney Robinson attended Boston College where she graduated with honors and the Chicago Kent College of Law. She served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Bureau as both a trial and an appellate attorney. In 1986 she joined the law firm of Davis and Robinson. She has tried numerous criminal matters, including over twenty first-degree murder cases. She has lectured at trial seminars at several institutions, including Boston University, Harvard University and Suffolk Law School. She has been a frequent guest commentator regarding legal matters on Channels 5, Fox TV and New England Cable News. In addition, Attorney Robinson has served on the Judicial Nominating Commission which recommends candidates for judicial positions to the Governor of Massachusetts. In addition to her criminal trial experience, Attorney Robinson has over twenty-five civil trials to her credit, as well as over twenty written opinions from both the state and federal appellate courts on matters in which she served as lead appellate counsel.
